Knowledge Sharing as Media of Proactive Personality to Influence Teachers' Innovative Work Behavior

چکیده

Teachers must implement and improve innovative work behavior to maintain educational professional development school organization. This study aims analyze the influence of a proactive personality on teachers' by considering mediating role knowledge sharing. The method used in this research was quantitative survey. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed 194 private elementary teachers analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique. result shows that sharing significantly behavior. A also has significant And important finding is as mediator Thus, study's findings can be develop strategy increase schools creating teacher knowledge-sharing activities enhancing their traits.
